OVERVIEW

A semester's work where students can learn, or brush up, on the skills needed to undertake research. These skills include; note taking, referencing, source analysis, various writing forms, as well as basic organisational skills. Students will have the opportunity to examine the way they learn and how to get the most from their time here.

OVERVIEW

The research project offers students the opportunity to research an area of interest. Students will practise skills in research , record keeping, communication, analysis of sources and evaluation of processes. The outcome of the research can be written or presented in a creative mode such as film making, creating a display or a powerpoint presentation. Research Project B has a written evaluation which attracts an ATAR.
